We put a lot of emphasis and care on ensuring the legal paperwork is in order. Documents are in both Dutch and English and explain in an understandable way all elements and details that ensure a clear and solid mutual understanding.
With our many years of experience and legal background (Erasmus University, Dutch Law), we can also adjust or set up personalized and customfit legal documents for your property(/ies).
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
